BAREFOOT OPERA

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES

Once paid for, tickets or orders may not be refunded or cancelled.  Where a training session or workshop is cancelled by Barefoot, for reasons beyond Barefoot’s control, an alternative date will be offered.

Where tickets and confirmation of orders are issued electronically, the customer must print off a hard copy and produce it before being admitted to the relevant event. Barefoot cannot be held liable for any tickets that are lost or stolen.

Barefoot reserves the right to refuse admission to venues where it considers it necessary to ensure the safety of its staff and other customers.

Every effort to admit latecomers to venue auditoriums will be made at a suitable break in performance; this may however mean the interval.

Photography, video and sound recording and the use of mobile phones and  pagers during performances are strictly prohibited and ticket-holders who break this condition or cause any kind of disturbance may be required to leave immediately.

Barefoot may record or take photographs of performances.  By attending a Barefoot event, ticket-holders consent to their being filmed, photographed or recorded as  members of the audience.
